This unique vintage yak bone bead is intricately hand carved with two powerful symbols from the Himalayan Buddhist tradition. One side features the fierce face of Garuda (Khyung), the legendary celestial bird revered as a protector and conqueror of obstacles. The reverse displays Citipati, the dancing skeletal deity symbolizing the impermanence of life and spiritual awakening.

Carefully carved from genuine yak bone, this bead was designed for use as a guru bead, focal mala bead, pendant, or protective talisman. Its rich honey-brown patina and detailed craftsmanship reflect traditional Himalayan artisan work, making it a meaningful addition to any Buddhist collection or jewelry project.
