Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and unused (unless originally sold as vintage or pre-owned)
- Free of any new damage, alterations, or signs of use
- Returned in its original condition and packaging (if applicable)
Please note that many of our items are handmade, vintage, or artisan pieces, and may not include tags. Natural variations, minor imperfections, and signs of age are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
Items that are returned in a damaged condition, show signs of use, or are altered after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
