A distinctive Tibetan-style Buddhist pendant featuring Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara (Chenrezig), the Bodhisattva of Compassion.
The main body is carved from dark reddish-brown hardwood, traditionally associated with rosewood / Dalbergia-type wood. The front features a raised brass-toned image of Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara, with aged surface wear and warm patina that gives the piece a strong traditional Himalayan character.
The pendant is drilled through the upper side and can be worn with a cord, added to a mala, or kept as a personal Buddhist amulet.
